Such a beautiful, fun, safe, friendly place to learn to sail. And so inexpensive. My two sons are very different from each-other personality-wise and they both loved the Learn to Sail programme. As a very nervous 47 year old their mother was also gentled onto the water and fulfilled a lifelong dream of maneuvering a sailing boat by herself! Highly recommend.
The landscaping at Sandspit beach is complete and a fantastic job done. The beach has been layered with fine white sand and rocks placed at either end to minimise tidal errosion. A wide wharf extends deep into the water creating a great viewing platform or place to fish. A stainless steel water slide remains in place ideal for younger kids to have a fun slide and splash. The children’s playground and tree swing also remain.
