We hosted 2x birthday parties here recently and it was amazing — the kids had so much fun and the staff were really helpful and friendly. The only downside was that the party space felt a bit tight and the 45 minutes allocated for food and cake after playtime felt a little rushed. Overall though, a great experience and would still recommend!
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Five-Plus Experience! We had a brilliant family night at Arena Albany thanks to a great GrabOne deal. Piet at the Info Desk was super helpful, and Hannah and Amelia made our delicious pizzas and loaded chips with care!! Yummy!! Amazing service, great food — we’ll definitely be back!
Great place for kids to be entertained with a variety of indoor activities. Comfortable couches for parents are a real plus too. Friendly helpful staff. Nice a clean.
