Located centrally with good access. $15 for a night stop over. Easy access to dump station and toilets. Short 5 min walk to shopping complex that has Cafe and restaurants.
Really nice area to do a lot of thing like sports, go for a run, just relax and more. I did walk the whole area and took me at least 1 hour for a 4 km walk.
I only come here to use the free public dump site for emptying camper toilet cassette. It’s really well made can access from both sides and has water to clean cassette. There aren’t many of these in Auckland, do appreciate that this one is so good. Drive in is a bit bumpy , quite a few pot holes but manageable. Public toilets here as well. Really quite a large park but this is the only bit that I have used.
