I haven’t actually stayed there but I rang last Sunday afternoon to check on my friend who was staying there for the first time. The man on the desk went above and beyond to help me. Great customer service. I felt much more relaxed knowing my friend was in good hands.

Pretty decent powerlifting gym; deadlift, bench and squat equipment. Accessory machines and free weight area, dumbbells to 50kg, 4 bench/press areas, deadlift and trap bar, back extension leg extension and multiple cable areas. Will visit again

Been going to this gym for 3 years. Well maintained facilities and friendly and helpful staff. There’s a stadium upstairs with 6 hoops that is free to access for members. Wide range of fitness classes to choose from as well. PT service is also available. Lastly, it’s rare to find a gym that opens as early as 5:30am in Auckland, perfect for 8 to 5 workers like me.
